Kahya

Kahya

Or as we call her, Farmer Kahya

Kahya came into our lives in 2023, shortly after we lost our beloved Lyla. Ready to open our hearts and home once more, we adopted her. We needed her to heal our hearts just as much as she needed us to heal hers.

She was rescued from an illegal breeding center, where the other dogs alongside her sadly didn’t survive. Upon arrival, she faced severe health complications and behavioral challenges. But as we got to know her better, it became clear she had the gentlest, most forgiving soul. Despite the unimaginable pain she had endured, she remains a playful, energetic dog—almost like a puppy at heart

You might know her better as "Farmer Kahya" around here - and trust us, she's earned that title! This enthusiastic pup has appointed herself as our official farm supervisor, and she takes her job VERY seriously. Whatever mom's doing in the field, you can bet Kahya's right there "helping" with her own special touch.

But don't you dare waste water on her watch! This eco-conscious girl has some STRONG opinions about conservation. Spot a dripping tap? Kahya will let you know about it! And don't even think about cutting down trees - our little environmentalist will voice her disapproval loud and clear!

Who knew we'd end up with a four-legged farm manager who's also an environmental activist? But that's our Kahya - making sure everything on the farm runs exactly as it should, one bark of instruction at a time! 💚
